Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton-Huber Heights by IHG

They took good care of me. Let me come in a bit early and stay a bit late while I was waiting for a vehicle repair to get completed. It was very much appreciated.

Stayed before heading to the airport in the morning. Only major complaint is that the pool is not heated, despite what their website says. The front desk person warned me before I went in, but sad since I was looking forward to relaxing in it. A minor complaint is that the entire hotel was kind of thick with moisture… but the room cooled off well when I left the AC on. There was just a palpable moisture in all the hallways etc. Another minor complaint is that all of the available outlets in my room were really loose and did not hold my laptop charger well. I also noticed my phone didn’t charge overnight due to this. On the upside, rooms were clean and relatively updated; bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, there was a wide array of items, the juice was good, and food was hot. The pancake machine was cool and fun to watch.

My stay here at the holiday inn express was very pleasant. The staff here are amazing! From the front desk clerk, Brittany, the kitchen staff, Faith, and the Hotel Manager Brian, all showed exemplary customer service and have the kindest hearts and wonderful attitude and smiles. The front desk clerk, stood out especially as I talked with her the most. Brittany (front desk) was absolutley AMAZING and she represented her company well here. Can't thank her enough for how kind and courteous she was to me the entire time. Also, Faith,( Breakfast Area), was extremely kind, courteous, and professional and her attitude really shined through in the most positive ways possible. And finally, the manager Brian, was extremely courteous and professional and talked through an issue I had with me, and I couldn't thank him enough along with Faith and Brittani. All of the employees here displayed professional courtesy, and true dedication to making their guests feel welcomed, cared for , and also appreciated through my stay. The cleaning crew was also very nice and pleasant to me as well. Thank you holiday inn express!

I loved the location near the interstate and many shopping and food options near by. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs with green, red peppers with cheese and the sausage and juice options. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Just wanted to give a special shoutout to Natalie at the front desk—she was awesome. Super friendly, welcoming, and really helpful with everything I needed during my stay. She made check-in quick and easy and had some great local tips too. It’s always nice when someone makes you feel at home, and Natalie definitely did that. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but her customer service really stood out. Thanks, Natalie! I’ll definitely be back.

Clean room. King bed was comfortable. Desk staff were nice and professional. Breakfast had a variety of selections. Unfortunately, the biscuits for the sausage gravy were hard from sitting. The cheese omelet was good. Great location off Interstate 70. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby.

The check-in & room were great. Clean & comfortable room. The main issue was breakfast. We came down early & things were fine. However our daughter & others came down later but 45 minutes prior to breakfast end time & the kitchen area had the lights out & most of the food was gone, including coffee. We had to ask at the front desk & the kitchen was opened up again & more hot food prepared & brought out.

While traveling through Ohio I needed a quick stop to stay overnight. This hotel was conveniently right off the highway and I was pleasantly surprised but how incredibly comfortable the beds were. I've stayed in many hotels and they had BY FAR the softest sheets I've ever felt in a hotel. I required a place to allow my chihuahua to stay with me and they accept animals for an additional $35 fee. I often find when traveling with animals the rooms are mediocre at best but this was not at all the case. The room was spotless and modern with a huge TV, staff was helpful, courteous and masked up. They do offer a continental breakfast bar although I did not take advantage of such. Overall 5 out of 5 stars I would absolutely stay here again and again.
